With the mission of accompanying and ensuring the best experience for the Pickleball community, V-Lab Vietnam applies the following flexible and transparent return policy:
1. Return Period
Customers have the right to register for a return within 7 days from the time of receiving the product.
Basis for determining the time: Based on the postal stamp on the order or the delivery confirmation note from V-Lab staff/shipping company.
2. Conditions for Product Return
Products will only be accepted for return if they meet all the following requirements:
Condition: The product is in its original condition as when it arrived, with original tags, labels, and handle seals (if any), and shows no signs of use (not tested, protective plastic film not removed, no scratches on the racket surface).
Packaging: Complete original packaging, box, and accompanying accessories and gifts (if any).
Product Defect: The product is damaged, has a technical defect from the manufacturer, or is damaged due to substandard packaging/shipping.
Order Error: You receive a product that does not match the model, type, or specifications you ordered.
3. Cases Not Eligible for Returns and Exchanges
V-Lab regrets that we cannot support returns and exchanges for:
Products that are more than 7 days old as per regulations.
Products that are no longer in their original condition: missing labels, torn boxes, broken seals on the racket handle, or have been used/tested on the court.
Products damaged due to customer fault (dropping, strong impact on the court surface, improper storage).
Products that no longer have all the accompanying accessories as when delivered.
4. Refund Policy
In the case that you do not wish to exchange for another product after a valid return:
V-Lab will process a refund to you via bank transfer or cash.
Refund Time: Within 7 working days from the date we receive the product back and confirm that it meets the return/exchange conditions.
5. How to Return/Exchange
For a quick processing time, please do the following:
Contact support: Call the hotline on the website or the service feedback hotline.
Refund: The refund amount and method will be adjusted depending on the actual condition of the product and the corresponding order at the time of return/exchange.
