1. Target Audience and Shipping Scope

Target Audience: All customers shopping online at the V-Lab system.

Scope: Shipping covers all 63 provinces and cities nationwide.

2. Delivery Methods

A. Express Delivery (Nationwide)

This is a priority service for Pickleball enthusiasts who need equipment urgently to get on the court:

Areas with V-Lab branches (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and neighboring provinces): Receive your order within 1-2 hours of order confirmation.

Inter-provincial areas: V-Lab cooperates with high-quality air or bus transportation companies to deliver within 24 hours (depending on transportation infrastructure).

Shipping Fee: Please pay the express shipping fee according to the shipping company's fee schedule or as agreed directly with our sales representative.

B. Direct Pickup at Our Locations

You can order online and pick up your order directly at one of our Super Centers or one of our 10 authorized V-Lab dealers nationwide.

Please carefully check the product, verify the documents and warranty card before leaving the store.

If the product needs to be transferred from another warehouse, our staff will contact you in advance to arrange the most convenient time for you.

C. Local Delivery (In provinces/cities with V-Lab branches)

Special Offer: Free delivery within a 3km radius from the nearest branch.

Flexible Time:

For non-urgent orders: Our staff will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time on the same day.

For orders requiring specific delivery times: V-Lab strives to deliver within the time frame you request (except in cases of force majeure or outside of business hours, we will renegotiate).

D. Inter-provincial Delivery (Via express courier service)

Freeship Offer: Free shipping for orders from 500,000 VND.

Delivery time: 2 to 4 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Note: Please provide your address and phone number accurately. V-Lab is not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect information.

3. Joint Inspection of Goods

Upon receiving your order (whether express or courier delivery), please carefully check the packaging and product condition. If there are any issues regarding type, quality, or quantity, please contact V-Lab's Hotline immediately so we can coordinate and resolve the issue promptly.
