At V-Lab Vietnam, we understand that pickleball equipment (especially rackets) requires absolute precision. Therefore, you always have the right to inspect the goods before payment and acceptance.
When receiving goods from V-Lab's delivery staff or shipping company, please follow these steps:
Open the package: Carefully check the quantity, model, and color of the product, ensuring it matches the order information.
Check the condition: Ensure the product is intact and shows no signs of scratches or physical damage.
Inspection Limits: You are allowed to view the goods but are not allowed to try or use the product (such as breaking the seal on the racket handle, testing the ball, etc.) before deciding to pay.
If you agree to accept the goods:
Pay directly to the delivery staff (for COD orders).
Sign the goods receipt confirmation with the shipping company.
Rejection Policy:
You have the right to refuse delivery if the product does not match the description or is damaged during shipping.
In case of refusal due to personal reasons (not a fault of V-Lab), please pay the return shipping cost (equivalent to the original shipping fee).
Right to Inspection: Delivery staff are responsible for waiting for you to inspect the goods. If the staff refuses to allow inspection, please contact our Hotline immediately at 0977.678.876 for assistance.
Post-Delivery Responsibility: After the order has been successfully delivered and signed for, V-Lab will not be responsible for any complaints related to the quantity and model of the product.
Safe Opening: Please avoid using sharp objects (knives, scissors) when opening the package to avoid accidentally cutting or damaging the product inside.
Damage caused by the customer: V-Lab does not support exchanges or warranties for products damaged or scratched during the customer's opening of the package or due to improper use.
