At V-Lab Vietnam, we strive to provide an easy, transparent, and convenient shopping experience for the Pickleball community nationwide and internationally. Below is our sales policy for each purchase method:

RETAIL SALES

1. Shipping Policy

• Free shipping: Applies to all retail orders with a value of VND 500,000 or more nationwide.

2. Inner City Orders (In provinces/cities with V-Lab branches)

• Deposit: No deposit required.

• Delivery: Same-day delivery via our system staff or inner-city delivery partners.

3. Orders shipped by bus as requested by the customer

• Payment: Customers are required to transfer 100% of the order value.

• Shipping: V-Lab provides professional packaging and ships the goods to the bus station according to the information provided by the customer.

• Shipping fee: Customers pay the shipping fee directly to the bus company.

4. Inter-provincial/Inter-regional Orders

• Orders under 3 million VND: No deposit required.

• Orders with small quantities, special orders, or orders valued over 3 million VND: Please make a deposit in advance (the specific deposit amount will be communicated by our sales representative upon order confirmation).

5. International Orders

• We process orders after receiving 100% payment through the following payment methods:

• PayPal | Bank Transfer | WISE | Western Union

WHOLESALE – DEALERSHIP

• If you are a store, dealer, club, or distributor needing to import large quantities of goods (from amateur to professional), please contact our wholesale hotline for advice on:
